“Do not allow your fire to go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swamps of the not-quite, not-yet, and the not at all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists. It is real. It is possible. It is yours.“
– Ayn Rand
IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU
So who are you? Who are you, really? What are the tenets, ideals, and personalities of your life? If these queries seem typical, that only means they are more significant in your life. Who you are today is affected by your environment, the life lessons you learned as a youngster, and how your parents shaped you. You must first look at the origins of your identity creation in order to be self-aware.
HAVE A LOOK FROM THE VERY BEGINNING
When you were a kid, you did whatever you liked regardless of what other people thought of you. You never bothered for the validation of others, you simply enjoyed what you were doing.
You had a wild heart filled with immensely beautiful imaginations, a perception about this world that was your own. You were on your path to discovering this universe and its elements. But when you start growing, your surrounding started affecting you, people started telling you what life is like, how should you live it, and in what way you can live a secure life. You began listening to them and started shutting off your voice. You quit your thoughts and what others said became more powerful. The wild child inside you grew feeble and you started focusing on getting validated by society and crushing down your self-worth. All this led you towards a miserable thing- insecurities.
Your insecurities brought stress into your life, it got you involved in things you shouldn’t be and became enslaved under these delusions. It took the control off your hand and played you like a puppet on the strings. To be more precise- you lost yourself.
Under this valley of darkness and shadows, you couldn’t navigate your way out of this accumulated helplessness. Stumbling through rocks and tough pathways hoping that you figure a way out of this horror.
To your disappointment, you tried hard but all you got was a total plateau. Being in the same place made you feel miserable and exhausted. You actually couldn’t evolve because you have always been like that and for you, it built into a habit to live in a sick way.
The insecure you begin searching for reasons for why this isn’t your fault and it’s totally fine now to continue living like this, that was your ego talking and pushing you back to mediocrity, the old familiar toxic place. The easy way was to give in. But you don’t need to choose that option because we aren’t giving up this time.
DECLUTTERING THE MIND FROM SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS
You may have a rough idea of what’s wrong and why it’s wrong by now. It’s time to clear out the harmful negative ideas that have been keeping you back. The desire to be admired by everyone in the room has become a habit that is deeply ingrained in your subconscious thinking. The problem is that your nerves are now wired in a specific pattern that you have been following for quite some time.
To achieve the desired results in your life transformation, you must change the way you think. Your thoughts have created the environment in which you have been living. Your continual creations were transformed into the reality you now inhabit.
This is your time to build a NEW YOU, this time you are the one in control. REMEMBER THAT.
RECOGNIZE YOURSELF
Try acknowledging your own hobbies, doing activities you enjoy, and not comparing yourself to others starting today. You’ve come to compete in your own race. You only have to compete with yourself. Knowing oneself better will assist you in identifying your strengths and limitations. As a result, you can devise more well-organized plans to achieve your objectives.
Begin small and work your way up.
